Alarming News: I like Morgan Freeberg. A lot.
American Digest: And I like this from "The Blog That Nobody Reads", because it is -- mostly -- about me. What can I say? I'm on an ego trip today. It won't last.
Anti-Idiotarian Rottweiler: We were following a trackback and thinking "hmmm... this is a bloody excellent post!", and then we realized that it was just part III of, well, three...Damn. I wish I'd written those.
Anti-Idiotarian Rottweiler: ...I just remembered that I found a new blog a short while ago, House of Eratosthenes, that I really like. I like his common sense approach and his curiosity when it comes to why people believe what they believe rather than just what they believe.
Brutally Honest: Morgan Freeberg is brilliant.
Dr. Melissa Clouthier: Morgan Freeberg at House of Eratosthenes (pftthats a mouthful) honors big boned women in skimpy clothing. The picture there is priceless--keep scrolling down.
Exile in Portales: Via Gerard: Morgan Freeberg, a guy with a lot to say. And he speaks The Truth...and it's fascinating stuff. Worth a read, or three. Or six.
Just Muttering: Two nice pieces at House of Eratosthenes, one about a perhaps unintended effect of the Enron mess, and one on the Gore-y environ-movie.
Mein Blogovault: Make "the Blog that No One Reads" one of your daily reads.
The Virginian: I know this post will offend some people, but the author makes some good points.
Poetic Justice: Cletus! Ah gots a laiv one fer yew...
Some brave soul has made a list of ten, which is always a daunting prospect because any name left off of it is an instant “epic fail.”
And, this one is indeed missing some. Like Kari Byron for example. Morgan Webb. Olivia Munn. Still & all, it’s a good starting point; Mila Kunis is certainly easy on the eyes.
Kate Beckinsale is an interesting item to have on here. Never really thought of her as a sexy-nerd type, she’s more of a glamor-queen. She’s made now, what, two movies about angst-ridden, leather-wearing, ultra-hip vampires? This makes a girl a sexy-nerd…ah, I think we’re having an Inigo Montoya moment.
Besides, I don’t think too highly of the angst-ridden leather-wearing vampire genre. About time for that one to retire, methinks. It’s Item #9 on my own list of things I never want to see in movies again.
Others on the list, of which I’ve never heard…well…most of ’em. I’m gettin’ old, I s’pose. That’s it for my reactions. FARK reactions are here.

Creator of that list clearly has “nerd” confused with “hot chick who plays ass-kicker in sci-fi tv or movies.” Not much genuine nerd-cred going on there, best I can tell.
Because I must: I disagree yet again on the Kari Byron vote. She’s nearly intolerable to me. But it’s one of those “thought she was hot ’til I heard her speak and saw her move, and then started piling on the ‘ultra-alternative-girl’ fashion cliche clothes when she got popular” things

Ah… now we’re talkin’! As for the rest, specifically the linked list? I didn’t recognize a single one. I also have zero regrets about that fact.

Alyson Hannigan and Jewel Staite qualify. Not only are they easy on the eyes they always seem to be in a good mood.
I never thought of Mila Kunis as geeky or nerdy. Cute as hell tho.
