He gives a rats a** about anyone already not convinced that he is right. He took the chance to show that he “stands with the downtrodden against the bigoted republicans”. That was his only message and he did not deviate from it in the least. A preacher of hate is not gonna care what a fox news (lawyer) anchor lady thinks. A hater is merely going to keep on saying “they are evil because they will not give what we want”! He is laughing because his personal rudeness “got” to Kelly. Tidbits out of context will ‘prove’ how he showed those nasty bigots.
