Alarming News: I like Morgan Freeberg. A lot.
American Digest: And I like this from "The Blog That Nobody Reads", because it is -- mostly -- about me. What can I say? I'm on an ego trip today. It won't last.
Anti-Idiotarian Rottweiler: We were following a trackback and thinking "hmmm... this is a bloody excellent post!", and then we realized that it was just part III of, well, three...Damn. I wish I'd written those.
Anti-Idiotarian Rottweiler: ...I just remembered that I found a new blog a short while ago, House of Eratosthenes, that I really like. I like his common sense approach and his curiosity when it comes to why people believe what they believe rather than just what they believe.
Brutally Honest: Morgan Freeberg is brilliant.
Dr. Melissa Clouthier: Morgan Freeberg at House of Eratosthenes (pftthats a mouthful) honors big boned women in skimpy clothing. The picture there is priceless--keep scrolling down.
Exile in Portales: Via Gerard: Morgan Freeberg, a guy with a lot to say. And he speaks The Truth...and it's fascinating stuff. Worth a read, or three. Or six.
Just Muttering: Two nice pieces at House of Eratosthenes, one about a perhaps unintended effect of the Enron mess, and one on the Gore-y environ-movie.
Mein Blogovault: Make "the Blog that No One Reads" one of your daily reads.
The Virginian: I know this post will offend some people, but the author makes some good points.
Poetic Justice: Cletus! Ah gots a laiv one fer yew...
She’s lovely.
- pdwalker | 04/22/2009 @ 13:30Buddy, I don’t know. She is easily the worst part of that show, and her two little buddies Grant and Tory are right behind her. She falls into that category of “She was somewhat hot right up until I saw her do something and heard her say something.”
- Andy | 04/22/2009 @ 17:05I think she’s kinda cute.
- Tom The Impaler | 04/22/2009 @ 18:55Mehh, she’s a hot looking redhead and the show needed some serious eye candy, but I liked the show better when it was just Adam and Jamie blowing stuff up. I don’t even bother with it now.
- DCShell | 04/23/2009 @ 14:58I like her as my ugly little sister, although she needs a muzzle, maybe a shot of thorazine…yappy snip of a redheaded girl, ain’t she?
You would hate my sister, (okay, stepsister, but she’s been around since she was seven, so I claim her) Morgan. She’s a big, boney blonde (unnaturally so now a days) and obnoxious beyond belief. She hates men once she’s had their child, kicked them out of the house and stolen their entire life savings. Then she makes sure they never see the baby again. Loves to rip men as pigs and never sees the irony of her position.
Everything you write about – she’s it. God, I’d love to rip her on my blog, but my brother found my place and there’s no telling what he’ll pass along. Damn, I need a new blog.
I have a lot to read through tonight, you’re a prolific bastard and I’ve been busy playing nurse to very sick children for the past few (too many – twelve to be accurate) days. I could use a night at the bar with no vomit or diarrhea in sight. Screw AIDS, they need to find a cure for Rotavirus.
- Daphne | 04/23/2009 @ 19:56Out of foul heifer mode, now (the bourbon’s kicking in and daddy’s taking over the spewing midgets for the evening shift)….
*one
*two
*three
But will she fetch beer? I like a sassy redheaded wench who behaves well.
- Daphne | 04/23/2009 @ 20:08I’ve always had a weakness for that overbite-look.
How come you guys think she talks too much? It’s a talk show…probably scripted…it wouldn’t have any viewers if it weren’t for her, and the producers damn well know it. Of course she’ll be chatting a lot.
I hear what you’re saying about the blog, Daphne. I think we all, those of us who haven’t concealed the secret identity like a superhero or something, have that one corner of stuff we’d love to sound-off about more than anything else. But due to friends & family who’ve become “fans” of the blog, have to keep a wrapper on that one little thing.
So feel free to unload some more. I’ve done the same at your place (no, no link provided on that one).
- mkfreeberg | 04/24/2009 @ 09:13I don’t think she talks too much, I just don’t like how she sounds or looks when she does it. It’s all in moves, mannerisms, and expressions, and none of hers draw me to her. I don’t think I’m alone in saying that there are some people I look at who just all-around, generally turn me off. She’s not ugly, she’s not deformed, she doesn’t dress all whacked out, she simply don’t move me. I dunno.
I feel like this is WAY too much effort on this topic. On my part.
